This phenotype aims to classify people in groups based on the easiness they have to navigate and orientate spatially.
ONLY 3 OPTIONS ARE ALLOWED:
High
Average
Low
DESCRIPTION:
1) High - can find locations with ease, often without external help (e.g. directions, maps, GPS)
2) Average - no particular easiness or ability to navigate/orientate
3) Low - find it hard to navigate without external help (e.g. directions, maps, GPS), gets lost easily
This is promped by studies such as this (http://www.cell.com/current-biology/fulltext/S0960-9822(14)01427-4) which tries to find “head-direction cells” and genotype studies could help identifying differences in genes which would influence the existence/function of such cells.
